I propose the work, deliverables, responsibilities, review points and price. You know what is planned before we start.
Build and review
I deliver the agreed work. We make decisions at the planned stages and discuss any changes to scope.
Deliver and hand over
I hand over the deliverables and explain how to use them. Maintenance and any further work are agreed separately.
You stay in control.
Access, content and deliverables should remain understandable. The proposal sets out handover, maintenance and ownership terms.
